Our cattery was created in 1993. For more than 15 years we do our best to improve a solely cat breed, in 2 versions :

              the PERSIAN, longhair version, the most famous of the breed
              the EXOTIC SHORTHAIR, as its name indicates this is the shorthaired version of the breed

Exotic & Persian cats are a unique breed, with identical look, type, behaviour, breed standard, coat & eyes colors, origins & bloodlines. Allowed breedings :
                                          persian X persian
                                          persian X exotic
                                          exotic X exotic

The only difference between exotic & persian... one shows a long & fluffy coat : the Persian. The other, not so famous from people, shows a short & thick coat : the Exotic SH !

We used to breed Persians when we made the choice to focus our work to the Exotics (the shorthaired version) about 9 years ago. That's why most of our kittens are shorthaired ones. Longhair babies are very rare in our litters, but we do have some from time to time.

Tabby patterns is our passion. Every markings & every colors !
We breed classic tabby ("blotched"), but also mackerel & spotted tabby. With or without White, in dilute or not colors. The only coat color we never breed is White (completely white cats).

At OCEANICOR, the aim is to produce healthy, playful & beautiful kittens. What does beauty means ? for a pet, it means coherent with standard of breed.

All our kittens were born at home, from our own cats & with our cares & help at birth, for feeding, etc. We never offer stud services. Never lease our girls, or open the cattery to foreign animals. Cause accoding to us it's pretty important, if u wanna keep perfect health in a cattery, to secure the cats & the babies.
