All our kittens are sold with a sale agreement.
Any person, breeder like private individual, wishing to acquire an OCEANICOR kitten will be subject to this contract & will have consequently to respect each term. To sign is to accept it & to respect !

How to reserve a kitten ?

In our cattery, no waiting list !
Our babies are placed in what seems to us to be the best home for each kitten, quite simply, without worrying about who asked first. The most important thing for us is that our cats live in a loving caring & respectful family, no matter if they're pet or show cats.

No reservation of kittens before they're born ! Nor just after. Our babies are never available (nor never advertised on our site) before the age of 4 or 5 weeks, at which time they are pictured for the 1st time & are proposed on our site.

We request a non-refundable deposit to ensure any reservation.
Without this deposit (at least 1/3 of the price), we won't consider the kitten is booked.

In the event of renunciation by the purchaser to buy the kitten (for any reason) or of non-payment of balance due when it's shipping time. Deposit will be considered as a payment for boarding & grooming expenses. And it will compensate OCEANICOR cattery for the lost opportunities to quickly & effectively sell the kitten.

A full refund will be provided in case of renunciation on our own initiative (for disease, death, bad evolution, etc.). A transfer to another kitten may also be considered, depending on both sides convenience.

CAUTION : an animal, whatever it is, is neither a toy nor a thing, even less a consumer good. It is a live being which will depend entirely on u during many long years & which will evolve with the wire of time !
This is why its purchase must be maturely considered, & should never in any case be the result of an impulse buy or a momentary desire. A kitten is always pretty & sweet, but remember it will become an adult, that it will perhaps leave drops of pee everywhere in ur apartment (if u didn't spay or neuter her / him younger), it will perhaps age badly (is to be considered !) !!! In short, it will have a true place in ur life for a long time, it will ask u important care, a constant attention, food of quality, concessions undoubtedly, etc...

Too many abandoned animals are the result of whims & blows of head ! Take time to reflect before acquiring a newcomer to ur family, according to ur way of life but also think of the future (one does not remain all its life studying, or unmarried for example). A cat can not be "thrown in the trash" when a new baby arrives, or when one leaves on holiday ! He's with u for his life.

The arrival of a kitten in a house is a marvellous event which can bring much joy to all the members of the family. Make sure that the cat is happy too.
